Because our journals and products are custom-created and printed to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns due to the nature of custom print products.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • It was misprinted or defective

  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Exchanges

We replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost.

Service-Based Projects

Deposits for custom services (publishing, custom journals, legacy magazines) are non-refundable once the project has begun.
